COVER LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

If your projects require professional business analysis and successful delivery within their time and budget, why waste valuable time interviewing unqualified candidates? As you'll see on the enclosed resume, I have the educational background, professional experience, and track record for which you are searching. In addition, I am motivated and enthusiastic team player, and would appreciate the opportunity to contribute to your firm's success.

With 16 years of experience in enterprise project management, my background includes all aspects of project initiation, definition, planning, execution and closing. I am a goal-driven individual with strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and/or in "fast track" mode. During the last 16 years I have delivered 192 quality projects, ranging from $65,000 to $32,000,000 mostly on time and budget. My deep knowledge of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Server 2003/2007/2010 and Project Web Access applications has enabled me to initiate, deploy and support this tool across various organizations.

I am one stop shop, can do anything with MS Project Server – all versions… from analysis, planning, installation, configuration, training (all user levels), documentation and rollout to ongoing support. I don’t need any system architects, server admins or DBAs, can execute all their jobs by myself, assuming the client grants me appropriate access to their systems. I have implemented and administered Project Server 2003 / 2007 for more than 15 clients and Project Server 2010 for 4 customers in the past.

My creative logic and ability to meet deadlines have contributed to my past successes and guarantees my future contributions. I have earned Master’s Degree in International Business Relations and Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems. I am PMP (Project Management Professional), MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Enterprise Project Management) and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Project Server 2010) certified and member of PMI since 2000. While managing most of my project in compliance with the PMI standards, I also have experiences with RUP (Rational Unified Process) project methodology.

I am a winner - by granting me the opportunity I can guarantee that all projects with reasonable timelines and budget will be delivered on time. I can assure you that meeting with me will not be a waste of your time - and I will make myself available at your convenience, during or outside of normal business hours.

Sincerely,

Richard Stilicha, PMP, MCITP, MCTS * richard@stilicha.com * 647-344-5843 cell
